Tried to use their service around 6:45 pm on a Monday. Locked out of my apartment. Connected to answering service. Nice woman.  Promise time for tech was within the hour.  Waited for 90 minutes no call.

Noah from Pop-a-Lock just replaced the deadbolt on my garage door. The lock had seized up and it was not possible to get into the garage. So the old lock had to be drilled out and replaced. This was a same day service with a reasonable price and wait time. Noah was efficient, friendly, and clear in his explanations. There was also no debris left for me to clean up. All in all a positive experience and I will be adding this company to my phone's directory.
