Always ready to help! Needed some specialty fastners and was directed to the right place right away. Very courteous help staff and the store is never very crowded.

When I went and purchased and item there last Saturday specifically an ice scraper and salt for the side walk. I came in and the younger guy with a light beard dirty blonde hair didn't tell me about any of the return policies. I go in today and try to return the scrapper (I ended up not using it) but he said we can't return tools and we make it very transparent. Then he touches the sign tapped to the monitor. I'm sorry if you make it very transparent why don't you tell people when they buy tools there. Most places even ace hardware have 30 day return policy and if it weird they mention it at check out now I have a tool I don't need and didn't use. Big thing is be actually transparent and be more tentative to your customers the first time around. Also overpriced
