We took our dog here for years. They did an amazing job. This spring we were told.they were closing and they gave us some suggestions of other places to go. To our shock a couple months later when it was time to bring our dog to a new groomer and were looking for a new place, we happened to stop past here and in shock we learned they never closed. Honesty is so important and we were really hurt. If they didn't want us to bring our dog anymore, we would have been sad but ok with that. When my mother asked if we could be put back on schedule she was told no they didn't have room for us. The dishonesty was really hurtful. I don't often leave feedback, but felt compelled to say something.
We have since found a new groomer and we have a happy dog.

I take my 2 Cocker Spaniels here, great customer service. My dogs literally pull me to the door when out of my Jeep and come back looking fantastic, THANKS

We are so happy we found this place! Worth the extra drive for us! Our dogs are happy to arrive for their day of beauty, and they look so fantastic when done. We have 2 dogs with very different hair types, and we always get the best guidance on what to do grooming-wise for their breed and lifestyle. They are amazingly kind people who love what they do!
