My and my wife's experience at Scandinavian Designs Furniture has been positive. Emily, with whom we worked to select and purchase various pieces of bedroom and dining room furniture, was extremely helpful throughout the process. Aside from being friendly and personable, she provided a considerable amount of information that helped with the selecton process, and she arranged for temporary storage of the furniture after purchase so that we had time to renovate some of the space where it would be placed. The furniture is high quality for the price, and it is very artistically designed. Scandinavian Designs offers excellent quality furniture along with excellent service.

I purchased a mattress from here, and I was told it would arrive within 2 weeks. Here I am 2 weeks later, being told there was a delay in shipping my mattress. It'll be at least another week before I get it. It'll be almost a month since I paid for it. I'm not impressed. Emily was pleasant to work with, which is why I'm not giving them 1 star. I thought I'd be a return customer, but this isn't the way to get return business.

Mostly positive experience, except for one sales rep. My original sales rep was not available to finalize delivery. The sales rep we got simply did not know what she was supposed to do. Had to call back the next day.

I'm thrilled with all the furniture I bought here; the staff was amazing, the variety and help in finding just the right pieces at the price I could afford was pure pleasure.
