      image Rude customer service. Both of the workers said UPS does not package Amazon returns and that it would cost $10 per item if I wanted them to package it. They just looked at me like I was dumb. Then why does UPS offer to process Amazon returns then??

      image My wife and I use this location for our shipping needs quite frequently, and are always in and out with efficient and friendly service. RecentlyKevin, the store owner, went out of his way to help me locate my lost receipt for a parcel I shipped last month. I needed it for a separate reimbursement. He called me back within the hour with my receipt ready to be emailed. Service like this is hard to come by. When I find gems like this, I hold on to them. Great work, Kevin!
