Dont do it! I have been without a car for over 2 months now waiting on supplemental to be approved! I filed a claim with the BBB! They should not be operating! Go file a claim on them too!

I have Canceled this policy because of their unethical action. They sent me a payment schedule that shows payment days And amounts. Then they show the processing fee in a small print at the bottom of the paper not even included in the frame. This attitude seems like scam. Shame on you. You could have just show it next to, or right above or just below the payment schedule, instead making small print.
I rather pay more monthly payments to another company than to them, such a cheaters . It's been 6 days they didn't take the money from the bank, but they didn't even send me an email or call to letting me that the payment returned for non sufficient amount which I had enough to pay insurance. I don't know about the fee. Now they want to charge me $25 for late fee. I will pay more to another company every month than giving you $25 late fee. I don't let SCAM PEOPLE get away.
