      image place is falling apart, roof is literally hazardous and endangering. Management is aware, corporate has been aware for months and they have been negligent for years. Looks like a civil lawsuit to me. They keep renting out spaces out to people and not letting them know about the unsafe conditions until its too late. We have seen pest infestation and water damage, and all corporate can do is give us $25 for damages done.
