The employees were all talking and didnt wanna help they said they where gonna send someone out to help fill my propane tank and 20 mins later no one came out so I left very unprofessional there and will not be going back

This location will definitely overcharge you than other locations. My quote was more than half the price they actually charged me for a15 uhaul truck. I was better hiring movers than paying them. I only traveled 12 miles

Had a good experience with utility trailer rental, the guys set me up but it turns out the trailer wasn't rated for the distance/speeds I would need. They got me set up to pick up a better trailer in my location along with a rate that reflected my original pricing. There was an issue at the pickup location and they couldn't honor the discount, but when I came back to como location to drop off the location we got it sorted out. No nonsense, really appreciate it.

I had a trailer hitch installed on my new car. The facility was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, easy to make an appointment, they got it done early and for $250 less than a bid I got elsewhere. I was very skeptical going in and very please at the end.

If you have the option of using any other rental service thats even 50 miles away, do it.
Ive been renting trucks for 10 years now and Ive used this location a handful of times, none of them good. The last 2 experiences really tipped the boat for me, last one specifically- especially when the GM Ethan flat out lied to me.
Lets start out with picking up the truck.
Pickup time was 530, I showed up 10 minutes early. I was given keys to a truck in the back of the lot thats about a 1-2 block walk, no biggie. (The truck was boxed in by 4 trucks) They wouldnt bring me keys, I had to walk back up front.
They then gave me wrong keys, twice. Long story short I didnt leave until 630. Truck was a disaster when I opened it at my shop, broken glass, dirt, dolly was unhooked, a MESS.
Fast forward to drop off, I am now being charged a fuel fee, an extra day, AND A CLEANING FEE. How ironic? So I get in touch with the GM, he tells me via voicemail (I still have it) he can refund the card and process it again or give me a voucher for next time.
Why the hell would anyone want a voucher after this? He said he needed my approval to proceed.
I text him the following day and he lies and says I can only do a voucher
