Call 3 days ago for my blood sugar strips, and the person told me I had to go in person and show them my diabetes glucometer when i had a refill for a WHOLE years and this is my second time picking my strips.

Worst experience when you call them to refill prescription but at the end you end up missing one of the medications and everytime it happens. They put you on hold more 15 mins and even after telling them each single thing they are unable to do their work . Changing pharmacy
very bad customer service. Every time they pick the call and then put back on hold.

Was on hold for a half an hour tonight. Every single employee picked the phone up at least one time and put it right back on hold without. Some even answered and said so so sorry and than put me right back on hold again for another 19 min.
I'm over it. Switching pharmacy's.

Pharmacy is inefficient, inconsistent and lacks customer service, follow through, care and consideration. No one should have to go to the pharmacy 3 times over 24 hrs before they are finally able to get a prescription for severe pain. If something needed to be updated or noted, it needed to be brought up after the first visit. It is also not up to the patient to hunt down a pharmacy that has a highly controlled substance on hand, that is literally the job of the pharmacy. Maybe this location needs management that wants to do a job they can be proud of and actually help the patients and hire capable help and update inefficient procedures so short staffing isn't the excuse.
