      image I've had many great experiences here. Some of the staff members with whom I've had interactions, have been positive. Why did I deduct one star? It's funny: AutoZone seems to attract customers who think it's a repair shop. If they're short staffed on a particular day, you may have to wait in line for a while (to buy wiper blades or headlight bulbs) because some customer is describing their problem and expecting the employee to diagnose it for them. Note to all: AutoZone is not where you get your vehicle fixed! Go to an actual mechanic, or do a Google search, and know what part(s) you need BEFORE visiting!
