I scheduled a call to hear more about business accounting and tax preparation. Their website specifically mentioned individual tax preparation and starting your business. The gentleman I spoke to was a sales guy and could not answer any financial or specific tax questions I had. For instance, I asked if they had experience with cost segregation study deductions or with home office deductions, he said he couldnt answer. Finally, he tells me the minimum they do is $750/mo to manage quickbooks and do taxes. Quick books basic is $15/mo which you can get yourself. I asked him if there was tax preparation services only in the March April time frame, he said no. Id only contact this company if you have a very large business already established maybe with payroll. They arent a good option for new businesses or smaller businesses. Disappointed the website wasnt more clear, I wouldnt have scheduled a call if it had been.
