They didn't even try to bill my insurance and sent me a bill for almost $4k. My insurance is one that works with BJH. Honestly would have skipped the MRI if I had known finance/insurance would be this kind of headache, which it isn't anywhere else I've gone.
Intake people were really nice up until the procedure. Then the person was neutral. Not super impressed. Parking was a nightmare for a midday appointment.
They asked how I wanted my communication so I said online. Went to go make an account but it says I am not who I say I am just because my address question and previous resident response was wrong? I live in a rental. Idk who else lived here in the last 5-10 years. Only the very last tenant because of mail.
Just go somewhere else. BJC is horrible overall.

Would not recommend this hospital. E.R garage was closed when I pulled up. Had to park in the children's hospital, then walk the main road with tons of traffic. Then to deal with security in a fashion, like I'm a criminal. 5 people came in after me, all were seen behind curtains. Yet I was the last one seen out in the wide open like I wasn't a priority to the others. You have to park in a garage, where you have to pay for it. Heard others were sitting there for 3 to 4 hours before even being acknowledged for any type of care.
Maybe 3 out of like 15 people were actually working, while the rest have a random conversation about nothing dealing with work. Wanna look at you funny , every time you make eye contact with them. Then watch security treat a 70 plus year old guy the way they did, with all the monitors on his body. That was enough for me to leave.
