image Dont even think about moving here. There is nothing luxury about it. I was told to come tour an apartment twice and both times, nobody was in the office. When I finally got to see the apartment, I was so disappointed. The bathroom had mold, the carpet was stained and there were no updates and they wanted almost 1,300 a month. The pictures online do not match the actual units. The office staff has been rude especially the young African American woman and they never returns phone calls. I ran and found a different complex, stay away from here!!!

image If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would. They ignore your maintenance requests, even if means not having a working refrigerator. Adds new fees every chance they get. The management does not seem to care about any issues with your apartment or lease.

image I can't start my day without a cup of coffee from the coffee bar at Fieldpointe. They have a variety of flavors and a cozy seating area. It's like having my own personal cafe.

image I had been living at Fieldpointe for 3 years and finally just left due to negligent staff and increasing rent prices - paying way more than what the place is worth. I have had some negligent landlords before, but this crew at Fieldpointe has made previous landlords look great! "Luxury Apartments" is a joke. In the three years of living there, nobody ever came out to check air filters, bug spray, or do any sort of general maintenance checkup. The buildings are trashy and falling apart. The hallways smell like trash, too.
Requesting maintenance is a nightmare. Multiple frustrating instances:
1. The light in the kitchen had gone out and due to the special bulbs and installation required, I couldn't replace on my own. I had gone over a month using a lamp in my kitchen to be able to cook and navigate.
2. The AC would go out multiple times every summer. In the three years of being there, I had to put at least 8-10 tickets to have it fixed and it would never be properly fixed. I ended up buying a portable AC unit and keeping it on hand, ready to go for the next time the AC went out.
3. When I first moved in three years ago, there was a crack in the bathtub that would leak dirt and debris. I put in multiple tickets and they would just fill in the hole and paint over it. This was a temporary fix as the tub would inevitably break open again. They finally had the tub properly replaced a month ago and I'm genuinely surprised.
4. Multiple maintenance tickets would be "closed" even though no work had actually been done.
After reading other reviews and seeing pictures, it appears I had one of the better units, which is scary!!
The ONLY good thing about this place was a few of my neighbors. We would bond over how crappy the apartments were and daydream together about how we cannot wait to get out. This place is not worth the prices that you pay.
