Horrible experience with this company. We ordered an elbow machine last April 2022. Ben said 8-10 weeks out. We put down 50% and never heard back. I call and leave messages. Leave emails with Ben. Now I can't even get ahold of anyone at the shop. They took our money and then dropped our calls and emails.

Very disappointed with this companys service. I have been trying to buy parts for the last 90 days and still waiting on a call back or email from sales. I have called and emailed them and no response. I will not consider buying any other equipment for the simple reason of no service. When in production and you have a broke machine you need customer service.
