Upon arrival they put me in a room very far away on the 2nd floor. The room was in a corner and was very tiny. I'm 6'3 210lbs. I asked to move to a bigger room which was accommodated.
It was a separate building from the main in the 2nd floor. I went from a king to a room with 2 queens. Everything looked old and run down, no refrigerator in the room, ice machine broken, Soda vending machine not working. I had to to walk across to another building just to get ice. Parking is very limited as well.
The price I paid for 2 nights ($450) wasn't worth it at all. Very disappointing esp when the area around is very upscale and nice.

Kind of disappointed in this hotel. The property itself is beautiful. The receptionist was clearly new but she was friendly. She did lack professionalism when she was didnt know our answer. We were in one of the side buildings - There did not appear to be an elevator in the building and we were on the second floor. As well, housekeeping knocked on our door at 9:40, when checkout wasnt until 12pm. We felt this was very rude. The location was wonderful.
