Great Building, great area, close to restaurants and Cardinals/Blues stadium!

This is a great location right about Mango restaurant however the interior is starting to become a little bit dated. It was built by pyramid who is no longer in business and the work isn't quite as well done as in some other higher end buildings They also did the bankers lofts and we had horrible roof problems there and even tried to sue pyramid. That being said the neighbors that I've met there are really nice and even though the building is dated some of the units are being remodeled   If you were looking to buy a unit in this building and be aware that they will not allow you to rent the unit ever which is a huge downside

My daughter bought a loft in this building. The building is lovely and mostly well-maintained. Her condo is spacious and beautiful, with alot of exposed brick and tall ceilings with wooden slats and beams. The neighbors are friendly.
