I did not hire them for tree service but my neighbor did. They pulled down my fiber optic cable because it was in their way. They laid the cable down in the street and let cars drive over it, damaging and eventually severing the cable.

Got an appointment right away, but work is 6-8 weeks out. I understand with all the storms, my tree is not in the way or hurting anyone.

I called following a storm because a tree had fallen and was partly on my house. They came out within an hour to give me an estimate. Five phone calls later after several promises that they would come out to remove the tree, they were confused about what was to be done and didn't have the proper team to do the job. I had to get a different company because it had been over a week and the tree is still on my house. When I told them I would need to get someone else, they didn't care at all.

Great experience. I would recommend to anyone. Could not even tell they had been there. Cleaned up everything. Three large willow trees removed. Service: Tree removal
