Had to come into this AT&T location due to my phone screen being partially shattered. I was due for an upgrade, and figured this was the perfect time to do so. DeOna who assisted me through the entire process was amazing! She was very knowledgeable about my options , and what best suited me. She went above and beyond to be of service (was even able to work with my broken phone to transfer all my information over) She made the process simple as possible, and I'm extremely satisfied about my new phone! Thank you again DeOna

My service was interrupted by a computer glitch that couldnt be figured out by corporate. I was assisted by in store employee Dee McKinney and I was so angry at ATT as 27 year loyal customer Id decided to drop service. After cooling off the next day I went back to Brentwood ATT and asked for Dee. He got my plan updated and dropped by fee by 50%. The only reason Im staying with ATT is because of Dee McKinney. I hope ATT is smart enough to keep him.
