I'm in San Diego now---moved from St. Louis several years ago, but I remember with fondness how Patti and Ron guided me on many adventures when I lived there.  Now that my husband and I are retired and planning some big adventures, I'm thinking that they could help again.  After all, with all the technology we have today (cell phones, email, skype, etc.), there's no reason I have to be sitting in front of them to plan, right?  I couldn't remember the phone number off the top of my head, so when I went online to get it, I saw this yelp of them and thought I'd add my two cents.  If you're looking for excellent professional assistance to book wonderful fun, call them---they have great focus, but you'll have a lot of laughs while you're doing it too.

I love everything about Patti and Ron,  they are like family.  They have planned many vacations for me and my family.  They planned our destination wedding that included over 250 people from all over the US and abroad. Later they planned our 10 year anniversary destination.  I must use agency!

Patty and Ron have been wonderful partners in our travels. They learned quickly what our preferences are and have never steered us wrong, finding out-of-the-way places and authentic, non-touristy travel experiences. We have trusted them to select hotels and to find the cheapest, most convenient flights, always with excellent results. They will work with you at whatever level you prefer, from planning every detail of a trip to simply suggesting a destination. Their own travel experience is invaluable. You do have to stay on top of them to be sure the details are fulfilled - it's a busy place with many clients heading all over the world.

Patty and Ron are well connected in the travel industry and extremely helpful. They've learned our travel preferences and always book perfect places. When we've had difficulties (an unannounced Lufthansa strike, for example), they come through with solutions (while we sit in the Frankfurt airport). You can't ask for more than a friendly, helpful, experienced travel agent. It's been great to do business with them for more than 25 years.

I cannot recommend this place. They are a service provider yet failed to provide any travel services to us. They completely dropped the ball with our destination wedding travel. People are human and have problems so I gave them several chances. They are a brother/sister company I think. Apparently the sister (who was working with us) had some personal issues and after an apology, we gave them another try. More promises and no follow-up. No return calls. No arrangements. We ended up having to postpone our wedding. Seem like a nice duo but we went there for an actual service, as they are a service oriented company. You can't expect to stay in business if you don't provide the service you advertise. Also, the hours are inconsistent. Stopped in several times during a weekday and the place was closed.
