I made a purchase and after returning it I am still waiting for my refund and it has been almost 2 Months!! Noone seems to know what they are doing and who has sent in what paperwirk. Over $1000!!

I returned a ring was told they do not carry that amount in the register so they would send me a check in the mail. I havent received a check. I called and the man that answered told me he doesn't know anything about it and couldnt help me needless to say never doing business with them again which is unfortunate because I have done business with them for yrs never had anything like this happen before

I'd leave 0 stars if I could. Returned a ring almost 2 months ago still have not received the money back. Called multiple times including corporate and yet still the money has yet to be returned. No one seems to know anything. They still have the ring AND the money.

If i could give them zero i would I return a ring over two months ago and still have not got my over $1000 dollars refund and management has given me nothing but the run around please dont make the same mistake i did shop elsewhere
