I have done a lot of physical therapy over the years at many different places. At Nova Care they listen to me and take what I say seriously. I was doing therapy somewhere else and I told them it was causing more pain than what I had initially and I couldn’t take it. It didn’t seem to matter. When I told them at Nova Care they took it seriously and did things differently. I really felt at first like they cared. I just don’t get that everywhere I go. Everyone I have worked with at Nava Care had been absolutely wonderful until they had to called the ambulance a couple times. They asked me not to come back again. Wow I didn’t know why. They said the therapist would call me and nobody did. I didn’t understand what I had done. They ended up diagnosing me with acute encephalopathy which was causing the problems I was having when I needed to have the ambulance called. I guess that was my fault. Nobody would speak to me when I would call and try to get info. My doctor wouldn’t even talk to me about it. I don’t know what was being said but probably nothing positive for me. I did really like Nova Care up to that point. I really was very emotionally hurt by the treatment I was given by everyone there after that. Gee thanks a lot Nova Care.

Lauren is great! She cares about her patients and treats them like a person instead of a number.

this is great place if need rehab.from day1 till my last visit lisa and her team where very attentive to my needs and concerns. from the person at the front desk to lisa and angela very nice and listen to you and answer your'e questions . just all around great experince.
