image I made an appointment for 8 am, when I arrived they said " Well we have someone before you and another person at 8am." Kinda pissed me off seeing as how if I make an appointment for that time I expect to be seen at that time, right? Not be put on the back burner or told I have to what longer, I understand a job might go over a little but you all were talking like appointment times dont matter. Went in for oil change and safety and emmisions. It should not take 3 hours. Again I made this appointment about a week in advance, not a walk in.
My appointment was for 8am. I had another place to be at 10am the same day, this I clearly remember. So no, I'm not wrong here. You don't honor appointment times.

Ms. Porter, Thank you for the feedback and please excuse my delayed response, I was on vacation. Yes you did make the appointment on February 20th for service on the 27th. I may not have fully communicated with you that morning when you arrived, my apologies. Upon your arrival at 7:41am it appeared you had a 10:00am appointment, we did discuss this and I advised you we would work your vehicle in as early as we could, however we did have other clients with appointments for the 8:00 and 9:00 time slots. We started on your vehicle at 8:52 and it was completed at 9:40. I hope you allow us an opportunity to earn your business in the future and that we do a better job of communicating with you. image This is the worst place Ive been to in ages. I really think they caused damage to my car and cut the axle boot. I had just had my car at another mechanic and this problem was not there 2 days prior. It also didnt have anything to do with the issue I wanted diagnosed. Levi thought hed hit the jackpot and found 3700 in maintenance and damage for me.

Ms. Lind's. Thank you for sharing of your experience, however I would like to clarify a few details. On March 5th 2024 @ 11:10 you called in and scheduled an appointment to diagnose a noise when driving at about 35 mph. Also at that time, over the phone, you requested a quote for replacing the CV axles. Now you are suggesting we damaged the axle boot(s) 7 days after you asked for a quote to replace them? Your statement on us damaging the axle boot is way off base. The inspection photos we took of your vehicle, which we shared with you via email on 3/12/2024 at 9:29 am, clearly show the front passenger side outer axle boot torn open and with the amount of grease sprayed out, it has been like that for quite some time. The pictures also show a front drivers side axle boot dry rotted and cracking too. Your vehicle has multiple items causing noise when driving; front wheel bearings, sway bar links and tie rod ends thus "jackpotting" is not a fair statement either. Our goal is give you a full and clear picture of what your vehicle needs so you can make an informed decision of how to proceed. Certainly you can address each repair separately, that is the way we presented it to you in the estimate; it is your vehicle and your choice. Lastly, upon your arrival March 11th at 3:28 pm you also requested us to look into a broken drivers window with a piece of wood wedged into it to hold it up. At no charge to you we verified the window regulator had failed and that too was in the "jackpot" quote. I hope you find a facility that meets your expectations, unfortunately we may not be that place.Respectively, Curt

image I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!!! They are honest, professional, and keep their facility very clean! I've been to 5 other shops trying to get the annoying squeaking issues with my truck properly diagnosed. (Which I originally thought might be my suspension and turned out to be a loose bumper) Not only did LTS Auto diagnose the issue properly but also fixed it at very very reasonable price when they easily could have just went along with telling me it was my suspension. They also gave me a 41 point courtesy inspection and went over my truck with a fine tooth comb. They found a few other issues that they brought to my attention and didn't even push those items on me either. They said they were minor things that will eventually need attention so just let them know whenever I'm ready and they would be happy to fix them for me.
