Pool haven't been open in two years. Lack of communication. Grass be tall and doesn't get cut , trash overflowing in the dumpster, nothing get fix in the apartment. When you want something done you might as well forget it it won't get done at all.

Management dose whatever it is that they want, when they want, & how they want. Employees in the office are rude and lack communication skills. You can never get in touch with them but they try to violate you on everything. If your not locked in with someone who works for the apartment complex I would just find somewhere else to live because FOX HILL APARTMENTS dose play favoritism with certain residents.they will have maintenance come into your apartment unannounced without you having a heads up to search your apartment low key. It just really blows me how no one is ever around to get things done around your apartment like fixing things or replacing things that went out l ect. . I have a friend who stayed over there and she experienced a situation where the lady in the office WROTE a letter to the mailman requesting that he brings their mail to the office before putting the mail in the mailbox, luckily the postal worker said he is not allowed to do that conclusion look more into places like these before committing because its a lot of foul play going on over there, to the point where we have a new property manager every couple weeks. Within 3 month time frame they had about 6-7 new property managers, let that speak for itself. But HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!!
