This past summer they installed a new AC unit in my rental unit. The tenant upon returning from vacation found the unit not working. I called them to inform them of the problem. They said a technician would be out the following day, a Saturday. My tenant spent the day waiting for the technician to arrive. He never showed up and did not call.
On Monday I did not hear from them so I had another company fix the problem that day.
Its understandable why they have such a poor rating on google.

We had a mis- diagnosed air conditioner problem. They sent a Technician Jay Carnall. He found the difficult by locating a disconeected hose behind a drywall. Fixed the problem. He is superior at finding difficult problems.
