I love how attentive the ladies were at the office when I called. However, when Allan and Evan arrived at my home. I stepped outside to greet them and explained my situation. I don't know what Allan's problem seemed to be but he hardly spoke and seemed to be degrading me by his stares. I work two full time jobs, help take care of my sick parents, and do my best to maintain my personal life at home. I have pets so the fact that Allan was in my home for 5 minutes and was rude about the litter box smell. He told me that he refused to work. Instead of giving me an explanation, he said to call the office. I called the office and they explained to me the reason. Allan was rude, right from the beginning. If you're female and have pets, don't bother. I had high hopes for this place but I don't carry testosterone. That must be the issue.

Excellent work, efficient and cleaned everything up afterwards. I would recommend this company. When I was looking for a company to do some work this company was the one others on my Association Page said they used because of the quality work that they had done at their homes.

We chose Thibault to install all of the lighting fixtures in our new home. The team was professional and highly skilled. We had some difficult, larger pieces to install and they were meticulous. Highly recommend this company.

During a storm a tree fell on our power lines. After calling a few places Thibaults electric was able to come out right away to fix it so the power company could restore our electricity asap. The men that did the work were professional, informative & very fast. Even the office staff I spoke to on the phone were very nice. After only a few hours without power it was restored & everything back to normal. Thank you so much for the hard work! I highly recommend using Thibaults if you need an electrician.
