I been living over here for twelve years with my grandma and family. I been loving the area and the different people Ive met over the years. The only thing I been hoping is maintenance can be done better when it comes to fixing things. Outside of that I love the area and the years of good blessings Ive had over here.

Moved here in March of 2023 , quiet and peaceful. No problems at all
No Landlord and office receptionist are nice and professional. I came from the city and it's a big difference in a good way. Glad I made the right choice

This apartment complex used to be nice. Its now poorly managed. No updates they are cheap and band aid issues. Even with good tenants they are negligent. I remember times when they would make sure good tenants were appreciated. Ive been here for 5years, my carpet is still the same, my appliances are still the same, old yellow and outdated, thats how youre treated as loyal tenants but the direction this place is going in they will have a lot of headaches down the line.They are too focused on getting make readys done for tenants that may not stay long or damage their property than to upgrade current tenants units. They sent a notice out a couple of years back saying we were getting new windows (That never happened, the lies!) Ive read another review and hear they accept section 8 thats where these bad kids came from that blew up the dumpsters on July 4 th. This is terrible. Everything makes sense now. By the way, these people lie on reviews ( Dont trust the ) They ask new tenants to give reviews when they approve for an apartment because they feeling good. Theyll find out sooner than later.
