My experience at Garber was quick and easy. I called and spoke with Tyler Friday, applied and drove off in my new 2021 Nissan Armada on Saturday. He knew the answer to all my questions and was very patient with me. One happy first time buyer!

I leased vehicle without seeing/test driving, which can be a scary prospect. Heather made it quick and completely painless! She stayed on top of all our communications and had great follow-up. My beautiful vehicle was delivered right to my door. Once the vehicle was at my house Heather called to answer any questions and walk me through setting things up. And she called back a few days later to make sure I was all set. I lease a new vehicle every 3 years and this has been the best experience by far!

Anthony Stricker and the loan officer Cynthia were great and worked very hard to get me this vehicle.
When I picked it up after securing financing that process went smoothly.
Anthony was with other clients so he handed me the keys, took my picture with the 2016 SUV and said I was all set. I stood there a bit dumbfounded. I had traded in my 2005 Buick LaCrosse, which didn't have all the technology that the 2016 has, and also the move from a car to an SUV.
I wish someone offered to go over the basics of all the buttons, like how to turn on the heat, windshield wipers, etc.
On the way home the tire pressure warning light came on saying the rear passenger tire was low. The next morning I took it to a Service Center where they filled the low tire and checked all tires, only to discover that it was missing a chrome lug nut on the front passenger tire;
I was quite upset that either the vehicle wasn't inspected at all or whomever did it, didn't catch this. I purchased a replacement and it was installed.
I wasn't informed that I had a free 3-month trial of SiriusXM Platinum. I discovered this by an email from Sirius.
So my experienced is mixed, up to the point of purchase it was great, but the after sale experience was a total fail by my standards.
