We had to get our vehicle towed on Sunday the end of the long 4th of July weekend. Danny our driver was the most professional driver with an upbeat positive attitude. You could tell he likes his job.
He had to tow us from Folsom to Concord in heavy traffic. Not once complaining. He made our trip very pleasant.
It is nice to see young people with good work ethic and even better attitude.
Great tow company and even better employees.

On November 3rd, I dropped off my vehicle for body repair. I was greeted by their receptionist, Bronnie, with such welcoming arms. She took care of my every need without hesitation and as a forethought. She even gave me a weekly status report in a timely fashion that totally caught me off guard. I was truly impressed with the entire teams’ professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail. When I arrived on November 14th to pickup my vehicle, it was to my greatest surprise that my vehicle was not only cosmetically repaired but their team had also completely detailed my vehicle inside and out and placed a perfectly-wrapped bag of Jelly Belly’s jellybeans on the console for me to enjoy which said, “Thank you”. Now that’s how you take care of your customer’s. A special thanks to Bronnie, James and his team for a job well done. BRAVO!!!
