They called and canceled my husband's surgery due to "high humidity". Unfortunately, my husband has to go through a lot for surgery including pre op, bridging with alternative medication for blood thinners and not to mention myself having to take time off work. Very unhappy with their service. Their paltry "sorry for the inconvenience " platitudes do absolutely nothing. Do we get a cancelation refund? They canceled less than 24 hours notice (only a few hours actually).

I am here since 10:30 for colonoscopy. After all paper work they changed my cloth set the ivy and left in room. 1 pm i went to ask them and they say oh he is running late , he is in number 6 and you are 10 : not sure when it gonna be. its passed 2 and still waiting. This place needs to manage time better.

I am absolutely blown away at how thorough and kind the staff are. They are so detailed and go over everything they will be doing before during and after surgery. I'm certainly at ease and look forward to my surgery. Very impressed so far

My experience with the Greater Sacramento Surgery Center was fantastic. The staff, from the front desk to the nurses, were all very kind and professional. The phone calls I received from them were very clear and professional. I've exchanged emails that have been addressed immediately. I loved the nurses that tended to me. I never felt like I was waiting for anything, they moved smoothly from one step to the next and I always felt so comfortable and CALM. I'm very happy that my surgeon works with this center! Wonderful staff.
