Employee's Tyler and Ezekiel brought their A-Game and it is absolutely clear that Patelco Credit Union genuinely treats employees with guided respect and appreciation, in return for what they do on a daily. Awesome job Patelco Credit Union.

Branch manager sending unsolicited letters of harassment making some pretty wild claims and accusations of someone coming in on my behalf and being distuptive. Lawsuit

I wish I could give this location a ZERO after the profiling and humiliation I experienced 2 times in one day. After opening an account online I had my debit card get lost in transit, I finally went into the fair oaks location for assistance, and I was left feeling very uncomfortable and uneasy after the young lady at the counter asked me some very invasive questions without any explanation, along with a rude manager name EZEKIEL when I came in the second time that same day. So my first 2 experiences at a physical patelco branch were very unpleasant and unprofessional. Ezekiel seems to have a smart negative attitude without any provocation. Ezekiel cut my every word short while we were speaking, Ezekiel lied and told me I could not be provided a service for standard purposes, but after speaking to assistant manager, I was told it was because my account had hit negative even tho I never received a card or even used the account whatsoever. Once I found out Ezekiel had been not so honest, I decided to excuse myself as he heckled me on the way out in a very condescending tone. Behavior was so gross and non professional

I have been banking with Patelco since I was 15 years old. Although there are not a lot of branches, I really love how they treat me with excellent service. The Manager Ezekiel always make me feel so appreciated to be a member. They always go above and beyond to help. I just recently got a personal loan and it was quick and easy process. I highly recommend them for all your banking needs.
