they just fixed my flat tire for free! i bought the tire there last year but didn't ride much - and because they couldn't say how it got a hole in the inner tube, they fixed it for free! gotta love a business like that!

The best service! The employee’s are simply amazing and willing to help, without putting any pressure on you at all when it comes time to buy. If they don't have something you need, they get it for you...fast. The service people are knowledgeable, patient, and take the time to explain everything to you without making you feel ignorant, unlike a few other shops in town. Their work is top-notch. And of course, they have a huge selection of kick ass bikes, parts, accessories, and clothing.
