      image My adult daughter needed to pick up an antibiotic that had been faxed in earlier today (12-30-17) and was treated in an extremely rude manner by the technician that waited on her. At this current time in her life she is on medi-cal, needing a little extra assistance for the time being. When presenting her medi-cal card, rather than helping her the technician chose to humiliate her. Rather than returning "poor manners and rudeness" my daughter chose to leave, in tears and go to a CVS where she was treated kindly and with respect! Eventually, after a lengthy ordeal the CVS Pharmacist was able to fill the much needed prescription which the other technician actually deleted. The main point of this review is to emphasize the need for kindness, understanding and tolerance of others, even when they are possibly experiencing difficult times. No one knows the next guys "story" so a little compassion would be welcome.
