This lady working right now at state farm on Arden was the rudest human being I’ve ever spoken to. She spoke down to me the entire time and accused me of having tickets on my account when I did not. I am insulted and would never recommend someone use this insurer again. I’m sticking with Geico at least they are respectful.

We've had Tim as our agent for many years. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. Any incidents we've had, have been addressed within 24 hours. Tim is always responsive. I've really enjoyed working with him through the years. Being with a company you can trust to cover you when something happens is the point of having insurance. They've been professional and trustworthy to us. Thanks Tim!
