Very unfair place the room.was horrible and the security guard was a whole another issue he's a liar and when I tried to explain the situation the security guard threatened me with the police and then had me placed on the do rent list 4 no reason I have never been treated so badly in my life definitely not worth the 100$ they charge to stay in a bug infested room oh and are toilet over flwed and they made us clean it up
Rooms: TERRIBLE!!!!
Safety: Lot of homeless people and drug activity
Food & drinks: Only I hop

I was very disappointed that the pool was closed and that even though It was advertised to have a continental breakfast that was false. They did not offer any breakfast. The whole property is being renovated and construction started bright and early so it was very hard to get any rest. The room was large and freshly painted and had a crispy clean smell and the parking lot was relatively quiet in comparison to the motel 6 across the street that was like a circus the night Before . I've stayed at this establishment at least 100 times over the years and the new owner might actually really step it up a bit more then any owners in the past. I look forward to seeing the Roy's inn change fir the better in the upcoming weeks.
