Clothes are fine. Run by kids though. Don't expect them to do anything other than stand on a group and talk. I have been there four times in the last few months, and they always just stand four of them doing nothing

I went here yesterday because I couldn't find anything at the Folsom location. This store was absolutely disgusting inside--like an old forever 21. Despite very few others shopping. Employees were pretending to work and the manager Carola did not acknowledge anyone, including my own presence. I finally had to ask for help at checkouts so my friend could buy a hoodie in their size after digging through their messy tables and walls and we felt like we were bothering them to purchase a $50 hoodie!!! Their clothes feel as if they of lesser quality than before, customer service is terrible (not that visiting AE was ever an outstanding experience) and the sales floor has been a train wreck the past few times I have been here--my friend likes their men's hoodies, so I tolerate an occasional trip, and we are both increasingly disappointed every time. Nothing is folded, nothing is sized, and many sizes are not in stock on the floor. This is quite a small store too, so obviously associates are pretending to work and still cannot service their guests?This store could be turned around if someone were to care about it, as these issues always stem from poor district and store management. I would suggest shopping online, however, in my experience, I have received merchandise made of even more random materials--such as the same grey tee shirt all made of different blends of cotton and polyester. Save yourself the headache and shop at a legitimate brand so you don't risk buying cheap clothes at inflated prices. You also could receive far better guest service than what is offered at this American Eagle, as well as the Folsom location I visited yesterday. We went to Pacsun and received far better service and felt like there was more variety in a far better kept store with actual name-brand merchandise such as Champion, Nike, and New Balance--they have name brand shoes, too. They had a great variety of jeans, too, and with more Levi's stores opening, there's no reason to visit this dump. Get your tees online from Gap, and you won't need to worry about quality. All you find here are rude kids who think they are too cool to help their guests, rude managers who lack any sense of leadership or service, and knockoff clothes that will cost you over $100 for an outfit.
