During a storm in October water started leaking down the walls and through the ceiling of two rooms in our home. Took a month to get someone over to look at it to find someone missed a piece of flashing in the building process. Flashing was fixed and since we have been attempting to have them fix the water damage to the interior of our home that is still under warranty with them. Broken promises of being fixed multiple times and now no calls back. If you can’t guarantee your warranty don’t have one. Next step will be contacting a lawyer as our warranty is up in 3 months and we still have cracks/holes in our ceilings and water stains down the walls.

Have worked with this builder on a few locations. Have found them to be responsive and have a good group of subcontractors to finish homes in a timely manner
