Customer service is awful. One of the workers, pretty sure his name is Ken is wicked loud and disrespectful. On multiple occasions Ive seen him make women visibly uncomfortable.

Can never get through when I call, get a voice mail, not saying if it's settlement or not, maybe they changed there number.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Abysmal customer service-no customers in the store and did not get acknowledged even though cashier was right there.
They were out of Italian sub rolls and when we asked if they had chicken, we were told they only had potato wedges and after further discussion, learned they did have chicken, they just had not cooked any(at 1 pm in the afternoon). They told us it would be 15 minutes and seemed very annoyed that we wanted to wait for it to be cooked.

The settlement is a great little store and restaurant to get all your basic necessities and the food is on point and the customer service is great and their coffee is even better.
