Would never use them again. Waited 4 weeks (!!!) for them to show up, and when they did I was charged close to triple what I expected. He "added" work without talking to me about it beforehand. Overall a very ugly experience

Called B & F on a recommendation from my neighbor. Fred came out to quote on the job. He gave me a price and I agreed. I asked when he could do it. I said OK and he told me he had no jobs scheduled for that day. When the day arrived no one showed up or called. Inexcusable! If you have an emergency job have the common courtesy to call the client. If you didn't want to do the job to begin with say so.
