I and my daughter placed an order for her dorm beddings and things on the 7/2/2021, she’s headed to school this weekend, today is 8/10/2021, we’ve called, emailed, tried online chat, but not answers, no replies or follow up. Everything about this company is dead end. Do not ever do any business with them. They’ll take your money and leave you high and dry. Abysmal.

I've placed an order for my kid and we were supposed to receive the shipment on August 3rd. Today is August 5th and I have not heard from the company yet. I've been on hold the entire day yesterday, tried live chat, emailed them, tried the call back option but no response from the company at all.
I know one thing for sure, I'm not going to buy anything from this company. It's certainly not worth my money and time. An awful company to deal with.
