      image Efficient and friendly,knowledgeable but 2nd rental I reserved but only 1car left a Mazda x5. I am a senior and have a hard time entering and exiting a low to ground sports car.

      image Disappointing Experience: I recently booked an Uber ride only to find out upon arrival no cars were available. It felt like a scene out of a Jerry Seinfeld , where you can't even keep a booking. This problem seems to be a recurring issue, they consistently downgrade the booked vehicle Moreover, waiting times often exceed 30 minutes just to get a car. Improvement is definitely needed
