We can't say enough good things about the entire experience with Palmer Signs! Our mobile restaurant was only a year old and was looking faded and scratched. They quickly identified that the wrap was not finished properly. I worked with their art team to design a wrap that really popped but stayed close enough to the original design to be recognized. The result is amazing. The wrap looked even better in person than it did on the illuminated computer screen. That never happens! You'll have to see it for yourself, it is quite beautiful. The process was professional and painless. The results speak for themselves. Quality is our food passion and quality is their print passion. Now the outside matches the inside.

Made plans to get my company name put on the sides of my truck based off quote I was given ($370). Sent in the files, went in to drop truck off, and was told it would cost more than I was quoted.
I asked how much more it would cost, and Chris couldn't give me an answer. I asked are we talking an extra 100-150 or double, to which his response was probably (towards the 100-150). After all day had gone by I got a text telling me what I wanted would be 650.00 plus tax.
I gave them an opportunity to make it right and make good on his word from this morning for the 100-150 suggesting we do it for 500 to which he said he'd check with the owner. He didn't, so I came back and got my keys. Not one person from this business gave any regard for the customer's poor experience, or could even attempt to offer an alternative/make it right and earn my business. As a business owner that isn't how you treat customers who WANT to pay for your services.

Dear Austin, We're surprised by this review, but thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize for any confusion or inconvenience you experienced. However, we feel it's important to clarify the situation to ensure that our commitment to customer satisfaction is understood. The change in price was due to new specifications from you that DOUBLED the size of the project when you dropped off your vehicle this morning. When you initially contacted us for a quote late last Friday afternoon, we provided a price of $375, which, as discussed with your graphic artist, was for a 32 x 9 inch logo for one door on each side of the truck, and on the tailgate. Unfortunately, the artwork sent to us yesterday at 4:42 pm was not given to us in a usable format, requiring us to create it ourselves. When you brought in your truck this morning, you then requested text across TWO doors on each side (68 x 19 inches), and the tailgate. This greatly differed from the verbal estimate. We immediately redesigned and resized the logo. Our staff member Chris texted you at 12:39 today, sending you the new layout that was created for you and the new price, explaining that since your request was not what we had discussed with your artist, that there would be an additional cost. We understand how important clear communication is, and Chris did his best to provide you with an updated quote as quickly as possible. Regarding the price increase, our intention was never to mislead or inconvenience you. The size and complexity of the project increased with your new instructions, which naturally affected the cost. While we were still closed for lunch, Chris told you that he would consult with the owner about the possibility of adjusting the price to $500 as you suggested, but unfortunately, you arrived at 1:30 to withdraw your business before we had the opportunity to finalize a discussion about your requested price. We always strive to honor our quotes and provide fair pricing, but it's crucial that the scope of work remains consistent with the initial quote. Any changes or additions can lead to adjustments in pricing. We regret that we couldn't meet your expectations this time. Our door remains open, and we'd be more than willing to discuss any future projects or clarify any concerns you might have.
