Im reviewing this place 1 star cause of the little things I noticed when looking at this place for my son to attend. Let me start off with the front door not being locked or even secured when I first walked in. I was just able to swing the door open I didnt even have to turn the knob. This was my first red flag especially with all the crazy things going on in the world I dont see why a CHILDRENS facility would not secure their doors. The front desk lady was very rude and spoke to me as if I didnt know what I was doing. Im assuming its because Im a young mom. The woman I was talking to allowed my son to go in the classroom he would be assigned to and him being a child of course he ran to the toys and and as soon as he started touching things she stated ok he has to get out now #1 its been less than a minute that my son was in the classroom #2 her tone was very rude as if she was irritated #3 he is a child what did you expect?? I have a close friend who used to work here and I have seen messages of how the owner of this place speaks to and treats her employees. I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. My son did not attend this daycare based upon my interactions with the employee there and my observations that any parent would be looking for. After hearing how the owner is and experiencing things first hand I am very happy my instincts told me this place was no good for my child.

If I could give an absolute zero to this daycare, I would. I'm not surprised they 've been in business for 27 years just extorting money from parent because they want to. Whether your child goes or not, you still get charged for that day. They charge for full time price and don't even offer part time price. The first day I went, the lady seemed like she was in a hurry giving the tour, talking fast, not wanting to hear my question and send me out the door. They rudely ask what kind of income you make. That is none of their business. When my child said she didn't want to go anymore, they said there is a certain time period she has to be there and still charge you for the whole time period required (3 weeks) that she is not going to be there for $400. So don't fall for this scam daycare; they will clean you out.

If it were possible to have a negative 5 this place would have definitely earned it. Where do I start? Looks can most definitely be deceiving. I have 20 years of child care experience working hands on.
My granddaughter came home too many days with unexplained injuries. I personally witnessed,with out them realizing I was right there, one of the teachers being abusive to the children, pinching and twisting the skin of different kid in an effort to make them "behave"! Not sure the name of teacher but she was the same size as the kids in her class. When I first started popping in unannounced they were above and beyond friendly. That was just after the first unexplained injury my 1 year old granddaughter had. But it went from an isolated incident to countless times so I popped in more frequently. When I addressed the question to a supervisor she left me on hold about 45 mins, probably in hopes that I would hang up, but not this GG. I needed answers. When she did return to the phone she was acting clueless that any injury EVER OCCURED! I never condone violence, but if ever there was a time I wanted to act on anger that was it. Don't be fooled by a friendly smile and cute pics on the wall. Beyond that pay attention to your child, even if they aren't talking. They will let you know once way or another that something is wrong.
