Great experience with this company. Although it took a while to get the appointment - the guys showed up, a complete professional crew, and got the job done within hours. I needed a complete chimney clean and some masonry work and some pipe work through the chimney from my hot water heater. One of the guys even took the time to ensure that one of my basement windows couldn’t be open from the outside… Completely above and beyond. Very happy and highly recommend

Should be zero stars. After making an appointment nearly a month in advance, I received a call the morning of the appointment informing me that because someone called out sick my appointment would need to be rescheduled for 3 weeks later. Absolutely awful customer service. This company is garbage and doesn't care about their customers. Complete JOKE!
