We arranged to have a boom Lift rental. They over booked and it was not ready when I needed it. No biggie we had all day. I was overcharged. I called up was told that Brenda would call me back in a half hour. She didn't call me back I had to call again. When I called back an hour and a half later,she refused to talk to me. I could hear her in the background coaching the gentleman I was talking to. That is no way to conduct business. Very poor customer service and because of my experience especially with Brenda and unreliability. I even went in a week ahead and reserved it. If a customer wants to talk to somebody specific they deserve to. It was a billing question and she was in charge of billing. I was not being unreasonable nor argumentative. Not only did we get it later than we reserved it but we even got it back ahead of time. My brother was told that we would be charge 188 and that a discount was going to be applied.
