Our agency has always had excellent communication from Community Care. These nurses really do want to help veterans live safely and comfortably in their own homes.
Riverhouse and urgent care have improved quite a bit in the last couple of years. Dr. Hand is great!
Our only concern is the length of time to refill veterans' medications. I think they may be short on pharmacy staff... they need more consistent funding from our government to provide quality care to those who served our country!

I have received the best possible care at VA Roseburg. After 4 years being treated there I still believe it's as good as it gets

Took two years to get in they never call you back completely unprofessional Not to mention the doctors didnt adress my concerns what is the point of having a VA if you get no help, the doctors dont take your concerns seriously and you get sub human treatment
