Had a clog in main line I couldn't get out. I worked on it for 2 days with 2 different snakes. They came out and got the clog done within few minutes since they have the right equipment. Greatly appreciated thank you. Definitely will use them again if needed.

I rented two porta-potty's from this Roto-Rooter for my wedding in June and had an excellent experience booking them over the phone. The lady who answered was kind and very personable. Will update how their delivery service goes when the wedding comes.

Service techs came out 4 times. Never once used a camera until the 4th time because it was elsewhere. Then they didn’t save pics or send to a plumber to fix the pipe. They only unclogged it but it will continue to clog because the drain didn’t get fixed. Charged us $1700 and still can’t use our drains. Do not use them.
