Terrible company owned by aweful people. Go to F&W or anywhere else. Just not casabella. Duplicitous, phony, greedy, disgusting outfit. And most of the good reviews are from employees posing as clients, like from Ray M. And Vanessa. There's good reason why they don't have very many "legitimate " good reviews. There's also good reason why most of the employees are new.

I used this business in the past when I had carpeting removed in several rooms and replaced with hardwood flooring. In addition to that, I had them replace carpeting on my stairs. Although the installation went well for the most part, the estimator was a complete nightmare to deal with: incompetent, rude, and displayed childish behavior whenever something was questioned. Along with that, he clearly had very limited knowledge of their products, and made no attempt to be informed. Following the completion of the project, I was billed far above what I expected for some work that should have been done with a change order, but wasn't. Both owners took zero interest in addressing some issues I had when making the final payment. The owner, Scott, was actually rude, disinterested, and couldn't be bothered to please a customer. This business is a joke, and how they are able to remain in business is remarkable. I'm guessing that the reason is because there are so few businesses in Roseburg that compete with them. I have since moved out of Roseburg, and this is one of the reasons for my decision to relocate.

They have a huge inventory of tile, vinyl and carpeting, all in numerous weights. Also, the employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous.
