This insurance company has always been fair and honest with any of our insurance needs. If we submit a claim their response is done in a timely manner. We would recommend this company to anyone who is looking for affordable insurance and people who are willing to go the extra mile in helping with your insurance needs.

There rates are ok but the customer service is completely terrible. They don't do thing when they ask you to. When you fill out a claim for a totaled vehicle, they don't take the vehicle off the list unless you ask them too.... Even though you think it would be common sense.
