Good place to live! I lived here for a year and the pro's out weigh the con's The apartments are small but really showcase quality over quantity. The front desk and maintenance try hard to accommodate their tenants and it shows. The grounds are always very clean and nicely decorated during the holiday season. There were a few issues with my apartment but it was quickly resolved. There is a online portal for rent and maintenance which made it easy to manage. There are some long term tenants here that make this place feel like a community rather than just another apartment complex

We have lived here since July 2019 and it has been overall a great experience, and the best apartment experience Ive ever had (have lived in 4 other apartments prior to this one). It has been the same management/maintenance the entire time we have lived here which is a nice change. We know everyone by name and trust them. Dan and Luis are great and if we ever put in a maintenance request it is taken care of extremely fast. In the winter theyre very good at keeping the sidewalks and all parking area cleared. Speaking of parking there is plenty of it, which is also a nice change. A few downsides - the walls are pretty thin. We never really hear our next door neighbor but we always hear who lives downstairs. I also wish they had larger apartment sizes and/or storage space. We are in a 2 bedroom but it is the same size apartment as our last 1 bedroom apartment. We have to rent a storage locker elsewhere because there isnt really storage space. When we eventually move out of here it will only be because we need more space. If they had larger floor plans I wouldnt even think about leaving! Highly recommend these apartments.
