Called twice for a quote the lady that answered the phone said she would let Ray/Ron (not sure on the name) know and that he would call back. I never got the call back so about a week later I called again and the same lady answered and said she will definately let him know so that he calls back. She was like he is very busy with a big job blah blah blah. Never heard back since. If they don't even have the courtesy to call back a potential customer, I wonder what their service is like.

Called other places and they wanted $2000+ to replace my ac and furnace because it wasn't fixable. Called Garner. $200 dollars later i had ac. Will always go with Garner.
